An excellent experience I have been driving Honda's for the past 39 years. Unfortunately, Honda did not have what I required in a vehicle so I visited Capital Toyota in Chatt I have been driving Honda's for the past 39 years. Unfortunately, Honda did not have what I required in a vehicle so I visited Capital Toyota in Chattanooga. The experience there was horrendous. It took me a month, but I finally went to Toyota of Cleveland. The experience there was unbelievable. From the time you walked into the dealership until the transaction was finished, you felt like a valued customer. They are a great team that works together. I will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone. More

Kind and Understanding I was so far upside down in my lease (Chevy) I would have had to pay over $4000 in fees and penalties (mileage) and still had 8 months left! The overall experience had been awesome. I went to this branch for buying a Camry. Though I visited this branch before, I was not happy the way previous employee dealt with. I had a choice in bet ween a Honda accord and Camry . Rob walked through the entire process with lots of information and compassion. He explained the pros and cons of both cars. Moreover he explained all details, and settings in my new Camry. Thus I feel I came to the correct center to buy the car. In addition, I would mention that they have variety of selections and a very friendly team helping with all needs. I was so happy when heads of each department came to me and explained things with a friendly manner. Since it was a gift to my wife, Justin and Rob arranged a very good celebration to make it as a surprise,that my wife felt so much happy of it More

Exceptional service My husband and I were looking for a new car. We had made our usual trip around Cleveland and due to having Toyto brand cars for the last 30 plus years My husband and I were looking for a new car. We had made our usual trip around Cleveland and due to having Toyto brand cars for the last 30 plus years ended back at Toyto of Cleveland. The professionalism and knowledge was greatly appreciated. I had recently been diagnosed with lukemia and when we went into sign papers Mr Ratledge had wiped everything with disinfect. I was totally impressed and appreciative. He even wiped the pen down. The other gentleman that impressed us was the gentleman who ran our credit. He was scheduled for surgery the following Friday. He also was exceptional in talking with us and sharing. Not too much. Not too little. Our salesman Robert Reid was with us from the beginning till the end answering questions getting drinks keeping everything flowing smoothly. Fantastic is all We can say about Mr. Reid. Thanks for a long afternoon that went by fast dut to the staff at Toyto of Cleveland May God bless and keep you all safe.
