Terrible Service Experience I know what I think when I see so many 5 star reviews and then someone posts a poor review. However, I have taken my 2015 Tacoma in to have something I know what I think when I see so many 5 star reviews and then someone posts a poor review. However, I have taken my 2015 Tacoma in to have something fixed 4 times so far and nothing has been done yet. First two times were for water running in from under the dashboard when the truck sat at an angle in my parking space at work. They said they could not duplicate the leak, therefore, could not fix it. I even had it on video leaking. Also plenty of forums on the internet about this same problem. Seems like they would have just replaced the part that was defective. I've been waiting over a year so far to get a loaner car so I could leave my truck with the service dept until they could find the leak. Still no loaner car available for me. Next problem was some grease leaking out from the steering column. Luckily I had weather tech floormats, so it didn't stain the carpet, but all they did was wipe up the grease and said that was completely normal. Really? Lastly, and I do mean lastly, because I'm trading this xxx in on something else, the air conditioner goes out. I take it down again to the service dept, and they say a rock must have put a whole in the condenser, and it's not under warranty, over $800 to fix. I worked in a dealership before. I understand how warranty works, but I guess I believed them when they talked us into buying the extended 8 year bumper to bumper, everything covered, warranty for a few extra thousand dollars. I'm DONE with Toyota! More

My 10 yr old Camry hybrid broke down and it was clear I needed to purchase a new car. Toyota of Cleveland delivered a new car to me at my work! All they knew was that I wanted a hybrid and wanted to see what they had to offer. The driver drove me to the shop where my car was in Dalton, GA, and then drove my car to Toyota of Cleveland to get evaluated there. They let met test drive a new RAV4 for a day. Then they let me test drive a new Prius and let me keep it until it was convenient for me to come to theit dealership in Cleveland. It became evident I needed a new car and after a week they had put me in 3 cars and I really got a feel for what I wanted. Thanks to Juanita the Internet sales manager and Monte, the manager, for working with me and my schedule to coordinate me testing out 3 cars. When I made it into the shop, salesman and leasing consultant Roger Thompson worked with me to come up with prices I was comfortable with and helped me to see the prices and advantages of different hybrids. He was very down to earth and friendly. I ended up leasing a 2016 Prius 4 that he showed me and am super excited and grateful for his expertise and patience in working to find the right fit for me. My experience was pleasant and everyone I worked with made me feel at ease with such a big purchase (for me) and important. Thanks also to Brad Cobb for his assistance. Rick Bowers- I need Thules.
