It was a true pleasure to have Ms Reta Maynor assist me in the sales process by providing comprehensive answers to all of my questions (which were enormous and complex) and demonstrating the features to me in great detail both before and after the sales transaction. She is a class act and possesses a depth of knowledge and passion for her work. The management of Toyota of Cleveland should be very proud of her professional dedication and the Toyota Motor Corporation of America should be grateful for her endless commitment to customer service. Previously, I visited a rival dealership and my experience was underwhelming as nobody anything about the options equipped on the vehicle and failed to offer me the opportunity to even test drive the type of vehicle I purchased. By far, Ms. Maynor is the best sales associate that I have encountered. I would highly recommend my friends to visit the Toyota of Cleveland dealership in the future and to seek the consultation of Ms. Maynor. Great Experience We were looking to trade in our Acadia for something bigger. We have 3 kids and needed more comfort and room for not only the family, but all the stuf We were looking to trade in our Acadia for something bigger. We have 3 kids and needed more comfort and room for not only the family, but all the stuff that goes along with it. My husband is a Toyota man and has always wanted to put me in a mini van. Yuck right! Well, upon arriving we were greeted immediately, by Gregg and directly taken to my husbands vehicle of choice, which at first was the highlander. He was gonna try to be nice and allow me to look at something other than a van. We had just chose a target, and the salesman went straight away to fetch the keys when a heavy storm hit. We met him back at the building and went on inside to get other stuff started as we had already decided this was the place. We gave Gregg our information to get things moving along and afterwards just waited out the heavy rain with some conversation. He was very polite and we swapped stories to glide through the time. My husband and I appreciate when a salesperson can be personable, we believe it helps them get on our level and makes it easier for them to know how to assist and offer advice and much needed intel that we should know before a purchase. The sun came out and we were back out on the lot. We had looked at 2 other cars and after getting the keys and looking inside, we quickly saw the room in the highlander was slightly smaller than our Acadia and the other was the same size that we had. Now...onto the mini-van. Gregg showed us the way and gave us some specs along the way. My husband was already in love the moment we walked up on and again, Gregg went to get the key. He promptly returned as he had before and opened the back straight away. So far the room was much better. And I must admit the outside was quite nice as well. Gregg showed us how to use the keyless entry and the push to start, and insisted we take it out for a try. It was fully loaded and didn't take a full round about the building before my husband wanted it. I even drove it a ways and it was wonderful, ( but I will never admit that to him ;) )! We went back and got started with the rest of the paperwork, then onto financing. While waiting on paperwork we talked with other staff members and they helped make the waiting go smoothly as well. Overall, it was a great buying experience. And now, we love our new-to-us Toyota Sienna and all the room and amenities it has. More
