I've purchased 3 cars from this dealership. HIGHLY recommend I will start by saying that I HATE car shopping. I really don't like the typical salesman "schtick" arrived at 5:30 pm and it was at least 90 degree I will start by saying that I HATE car shopping. I really don't like the typical salesman "schtick" arrived at 5:30 pm and it was at least 90 degrees outside. I parked and walked to the Corolla area without checking in and decided that whoever was brave enough to come out into the heat to talk to me would get my business. Alfred Polk met me a few minutes later. He talked to me about the Camry and Corolla and actually listened to my likes and dislikes. When I narrowed it down to 3 cars he waited patiently in the heat for me to compare them and even brought one over from the other side of the dealership so that I could compare them side by side. I had used the chat support that they have on their website to ask a few questions about the 0% financing ahead of time. Juanita was a great help. When I had it narrowed down to 2 cars we talked to JR Wiloughby about getting approved for financing. JR was great! We went back and forth several times until we both agreed on a price/financing for a car and he was even a good sport when I told him that I actually wanted the other car instead. Once I was happy with the deal I met with Kyle Armao to finalize all of the paperwork. He was great at explaining everything. We went back and forth about the extended warranty and he was patient even though we were keeping him there after hours. In the end I left with a new car at a price and payment that I am extremely happy with. Service was excellent and they went above and beyond. Alfred even offered to take my rental car back for me. I highly recommend this dealership. More
