Just bought a 2015 Tacoma Gregg Bain approached me in the new Tacoma area of the lot and i told him what i was looking for. He was very knowledgeable and nice. We went inside and talked price and trade in value of my 2001 Tacoma. He was quick and to the point. They did not have the Truck that i wanted on the lot, he sent me a text the next day to tell me it would be there Monday, I was working so that is how I requested contact. I made the drive after work on Monday and purchased my new truck. Gregg showed me all the options on the truck along with connecting my phone to the radio. I would like to say that his attitude toward me never changed during this entire process, he was just as nice when i got into my truck to leave as he was when we met in the parking lot. I"m sure the other sales people are nice to but I dealt with Gregg and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle at Toyota of Cleveland.
