Two faced is probably the best way to describe Service/Parts leadership. Not genuine and are only there to put on an act to serve their own short term interest instead of the bigger picture... Anthony patiently talked me through a VSC situation when I was stranded in Atlanta. Toyota of Cleveland you are THE BEST! A miracle occurred, just had my oil changed. This time it was done correctly and I didn’t have my oil light come on as I was leaving. And I wasn’t accosted by two mechanics giving me a dog and pony show tryi was done correctly and I didn’t have my oil light come on as I was leaving. I was there for a fuel pump replacement (recall). Considering the work involved in replacing the pump, I was in and out in a relatively short period of time. There was no cost to me for the replacement due to the recall. I was told that I needed a new battery and spark plugs, but chose to buy the battery and have the plugs replaced elsewhere because of the major price differences. More
