We purchased a 2022 Toyota Rav4. Even though we had to wait for it to be built about a month and a half, from start to finish there was fawless communication from the staff. They gave me more than expected on trade value on my previous vehicle. And what's not to like about their service department?? STARBUCKS COFFEE dispenser, shopping lounge, plenty of seating, kids play area, and friendly service techs and writers! Our family and countless friends have bought vehicles here. Some MULTIPLE times- and for great reason. YOU should too! If other dealers make it seem difficult, then you should give Toyota of Cleveland a call n visit! More

Great, quick service. Salesman Alfred Odister made things quick and pain free, he got me in and out quickly with a great cup of coffee while waiting.
