Steve earned our respect in his knowledge and trust by going out of his way to satisfy our new car purchasing experience. Toyota Grimes always works to get me in as soon as possible. Today, I needed headlight replaced. They managed to complete a repair that was scheduled 8 days from now, without my asking!
