Brought my car in on Halloween. It was a pretty long wait, approximately 35 minutes to get checked in, and another 2.5 hours for my car to be completed. But they offer a free Lyft b It was a pretty long wait, approximately 35 minutes to get checked in, and another 2.5 hours for my car to be completed. But they offer a free Lyft back home if you’re within a certain mile range so that’s a really great perk so you don’t have to wait around forever. I have Toyota care so once my car was done they sent me a Lyft to get back and the process to get my car was pretty seamless and i was out of there in about 10 minutes total. More
