Erick provides a finesse service and cares about his customers. Service Department I don’t like because, it seems to me they make things to look worse in order to push the customer to buy Toyota parts a customers. Service Department I don’t like because, it seems to me they make things to look worse in order to push the customer to buy Toyota parts and overpaid in labor. In the other hand, there is also a nasty feeling towards the customer if we go somewhere else to receive service, they try to make us feel guilty or disloyal. That happened to us with our brakes, didn’t appreciate the feedback from the Toyota mechanics. More

Hi I want to give a shout out to Anne. I had my car serviced and they did not secure one of hub caps. It fell off on way home. I contacted Anne no problem she ordered me new set of hubc I had my car serviced and they did not secure one of hub caps. It fell off on way home. I contacted Anne no problem she ordered me new set of hubcaps at no cost. When they came in she contacted me to come pick up. I have disability prevents me from bending. No problem we'll put them on for you. Great customer service!! I really appreciate you Anne! Thank you! More

10/10 would recommend Joshua and Toyota Lancaster to purchase your car. Joshua was so great and helpful. Not pushy to sell us things we don’t need.
