I’m so happy and want to say thank you to Rodrigo Rojas and Lancaster Toyota. They allowed me to purchase a slightly used 2017 Toyota Corolla. Overall decent customer service, but despite having an appointment for service no one attended to my vehicle until 15 minutes later. There was also no one to guide me from my vehicle once someone took my appointment for service no one attended to my vehicle until 15 minutes later. There was also no one to guide me from my vehicle once someone took my vehicle. El Monte, CA service is much better and what I would recommend to other people. They are very organized and an associate is always guiding you from when you pull into the dealership to the customer lounge area. Additionally, as soon as your vehicle is ready an associate will drive your vehicle to a pick up area and wait for you to come and pick up. At Lancaster, it was waiting in a parking lot and an entirely different associate had to give me my car keys after asking them. More
