One thing though, there was trash in the center console that I found the next day. I knew it wasn't mine because it was products that I don't consume. No big deal, just something to keep an eye out for. Thanks again for everything. Great job! More

It was ver I received my truck back from service with oil leaks. My truck had a pool of oil on my driveway and had it to be towed back to dealership. It was very inconvenient to go back-and-forth to the dealership and it was time-consuming. This is my third experience with the dealership that something had gone wrong. In addition, there's no accountability. Whoever performed the service on my truck did it very poorly. My truck arrived at the dealership without any leaks and left the dealership with oil leaks all over. The first time I brought my truck for a routine oil change without any leaks to the dealership it ended up with the oil leak which was diagnosed with a stripped drain plug, which I had to pay for a new oil pan. My other 4runner in the past went in for an oil change, and whoever the mechanic was left a Valvoline bottle in the engine. Oil got all over the engine and your Toyota dealership had to replace the belt and clean my engine. More

Turns out it was just an LED bulb it needed instead of the standard due to connectivity issues that can happen with the Prius. $50 and I did it myself. I feel like then and in this current visit. They do not listen to the customer and they don't do diagnostics. My naked eyes can see the plastic was dislodged from the bottom of the car. That didn't require $230 of diagnostics and I also only asked for an pion change and to check brakes that's included in the 13 point inspection. I know you record calls. This is why no one trusts you More
