However, many contributing factors can back up a shop with over 100 appointment slots. Because of such high demand, we recently added another day to our service hours to help with the backup. Your sales professional, Tony, has worked with Toyota for close to thirty years and is an excellent representative for this product line. He is not an expert on the Supra specifically, so he brought another sales professional in to answer more in-depth questions. Unfortunately, we had to remove the beverage station due to state and local COVID guidelines. However, we offer complimentary coffee in the cafe and free water at stations located in the sales and service departments for future reference. Drive Safe Toyota of Lancaster

my main problem with the service was the battery issue which was not addressed even though I had mentioned it before picking up the vehicle.....The "replace battery light" was on before I purchased the vehicle and on multiple occasions I asked if it can be fixed or if they can take care of it before I pick up the vehicle- the other sales professional which is the director of sales (Joseph) reassured me that they have checked the issue and the car has been in the showroom and just needs to be driven. After taking the car for a few days I had to bring it back to Lancaster which is very far for me and take time out of my working day so they can reset the car and fix the battery. this is absolutely unacceptable for a car that you pay OVER MSRP. it was a total inconvenience and awful customer service - you guys either don't know what you're doing or you don't care about customer satisfaction.
