Worst service possible, they do not check their work! Never going back. Twice I’ve had to return the car for work paid for. Service here is completely ridiculous. Very disappointed in the lack of attention and interaction with just anyone in the Service Department. The only person that was helpful in any way here was the cleaning lady that helped me briefly. I was willing to spend money in a major service if needed, brakes and possibly even tires but there was ZERO interaction with the Service advisor after the write up. When I tried reaching out there was NO response at all. To say the least Service Department has so much to improve on here and needs someone to actually take ACTION! More

I started with an KBB appointment with the used car manager who was low key, personable and explained his philosophy and willingness to buy a used car even if I did not end up buying one. While the appraisal was in progress, Tony, also a personable guy, and I discussed what I was looking for and he showed me several vehicles in addition to taking a couple of test drives. I had to leave but Tony texted me the used car offer a short time later and it was more than I had expected. I returned later with my wife for her to check out the RAV4 and we decided to purchase it. The wait for all of the paperwork is never pleasant but it was faster than past experiences at other locations over the years. Overall, everyone was laid back and pleasant as was the general showroom atmosphere. More
