Hi ANAC01987, The three managers all told you the process could take up to two months. They were correct. It can take less time, but with COVID-19, many accounting procedures are taking longer to process. The check for the GAP insurance was issued on 12/10/20. The Vehicle Service Agreement & Pre Paid Maintenance refunds were issued 12/14/20. The Tire & Wheel will be issued by Toyota Financial Services and was processed on 12/10/20. All of the canceled service agreements will be deducted from your loan's balance and will shorten your term of payments. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any additional questions. Thank you for your message, I am glad it has finally been issued. My lender told me they could credit my loan within 10 days of receiving the checks. I just don’t understand why it would take 6 weeks to issue a check when my loan app was processed within 24hrs of purchasing the car and that was possible during COVID. It would have been nice get a call to let me know it was taken care off specially since I have been at the dealer inquiring about this 4 to 5 times. Thanks again for taking the time to provide me with this information.
