I'm sorry you had a flat tire but depending on when you bought the vehicle and your miles there is roadside assistance offered. Unfortunately, most of our Hybrid vehicles, Plug-In Vehicles, and Electric Cars don't come equipped with spare tires to save weight, Instead, they come with an air compressor and a tire sealing foam spray. The compressor can be used multiple times, but the tire sealant is a one-time use and must be replaced once used.

Not in the night or in the Mountain where is not signal And when someone call there is not road assistant to help peple has to pay $350.00 to tow $110 for the tire and wait until to the next day. Is not what the peple expect for the electric and hybrid cars. And those are the most expensive.

I completely understand. Unfortunately that is the way they are coming from the manufacturer to give the consumer more miles per gallon. Did you want me to see if there is a spare tire available for your vehicle that you can purchase in our service and parts department.
