The worst service I received. My advisor went home sick after I checked my vehicle. I had to call to get updates on the status of my vehicle. I didn’t have an appointment but it was past 2 pm and no one had said anything. Cheyna didn’t help. She wanted to charge me a diagnostic when a computer had not provided one, but an advisor driving my vehicle. Anyone can diagnose my vehicle even a mechanic and for free. I took my vehicle so I wound not spend time, money and guessing what’s wrong with my vehicle. I can have anyone drive my car and diagnostic for free. I take it to the dealer to find out of the real problem, not to guess or someone to give me their opinion. Also, Amy is not very good at her job and likes lying to superiors. Come one be honest. I’m more than happy to share that she never called me . I even have the voicemail stating at 5pm. I had to call the dealer and instigate to get an update of my vehicle. Took a bunch of calls. Unacceptable. The show must go on with or without some employees that are sick. More
