Well I was in and out within about an hour and a half which was pretty happy about. I thought I was gonna have to get a ride home, but they said just stay here. I went in for a maintenance on my car and they didn't even check the air in my tires. My tire light came on and I notice that all of my tires were low a week later. The cashier offered to go over the results from the maintenance which I found strange. I asked to speak to the service person because I wanted to know what service would be due on my car on the next service date. This was all so strange because the last times I had my service, that sat down with me and went over everything on my car. I've been taking my car to Toyota of Lancaster for 6 years and now I feel like I need to go to another place to have my car serviced because they act like they don't care. I called to file a complaint with the service manager and they have not called me back. More
