While your service is excellent and staff appear to be knowledgeable, I was extremely disappointed in the estimate that you provided me for replacing the rear struts on my car and for replacing the engine knowledgeable, I was extremely disappointed in the estimate that you provided me for replacing the rear struts on my car and for replacing the engine belt. My independent mechanic quoted me half the amount that you listed on the invoice, which obviously motivates me to take my car to him in the future, rather than the Toyota Dealership. You overhead and maintaining a fancy building is obviously being passed along to the public and where I can get quality workmanship equal to your service, I will do so in the future. More
