Eric was helpful and explained everything that needed to be fixed on my 4Runner. He gave me an estimated time it would be completed and was even able to reserve a rental car on-site for me. Came in for a tire and service, they over-pressured the new tire to 50psi and left the stem cap off. They took over 3 hours to conduct the service while I waited until I called them directly. Dishonest, unapologetic and no follow through. They didn’t include services in my WARRANTY Service stated they were extra but did them for my husband when he brought the vehicle in. They didn’t do the oil change service correctly and let truck run for a little to let the new filter soak up the oil and then check the oil. So when we got it home it needed an ENTIRE quart of oil….. they've thrown my keys in between the passenger seat and middle console (they could have told me there was too many keys for there liking and I would have given them just the key) I had to go in the office and ask were they were and had to actively look under the seat to find them. They moved my floor board cover and put it in my passenger floor board but made sure to get all the dirt that was on the cover all over my middle console… they park you so close in the pick up parking lot I couldn’t get my son into the car without pulling the car out. Don’t even get me started on the issue with the spare key that took 6 months to be handled after “2 managers” were fired because of dishonest issues and that’s why we never got it handled… also side note the “kids room” is DISGUSTING smells and hasn’t been cleaned in a year at least… I spent $60,000 there and the service is below subpar. I will NEVER buy another Toyota from them and that’s all we drive… when my 2014 Yaris is needing to be retired I will NOT BE BUYING FROM LANCASTER TOYOTA More
