Terrific service! I had to drop my car off for service using the early bird option because it was later in the evening, which I had never done before. I was a little anxious because I needed a new 12 volt battery for my 2016 Prius C, but I wasn't able to talk about it with anyone due to the drop off. Well, I shouldn't have been worried because the Toyota service department on Dixie highway were very prompt in getting back in touch with me the very next day. In fact, they were able to complete the service that very day even though they were already incredibly busy. Extremely pleased with the work that was done on my car AND the customer service. More
