Great buying experience We came in to purchase a new Toyota Highlander because the lease was up on our Nissan. During the visit, Donna Altieri, BDC Manager interacted with us throughout the conversation, offered coffee or a bottle of water which added to the great experience. At no time did we feel any pressure to buy, pressure to "Beat them down", or the typical discomfort with a high pressure dealer. Toyota of Louisville made the event successful for all of us.
