Within 3 days of owning the vehicle we noticed the drivers seat warmer didn't work, called Mike to see if the dealership could cover it, his voicemail box was full. Then I call the dealership to try and talk with him, he wasn't available. I then called the service department, they said it may be covered under the extended warranty. Very poor service after the sale. More
