Normally the words integrity and car salesman would not be used in the same sentence however after dealing with Steve Pacchiano the perception has been rewritten. After 4 dealerships had called me to try be used in the same sentence however after dealing with Steve Pacchiano the perception has been rewritten. After 4 dealerships had called me to try to buy my car and promising a good price to get me to drive all the way to their address, only lowball me. I had decided to sell the car on my own. Steve responded to my ad with a very fair offer and when I found out he was from a dealership, I was hesitant o be taken the fool yet again. I reluctantly drove out to Naperville Toyota to give it one final shot fully expecting to get the run around again. So much so I didn’t even plan a way to get home should they buy the car. To my surprise, Steve paid exactly what he promised for the car. And then to top it off send me home in a loaner. Amazing!!!! Finally someone that cares about customer service. Thank you Steve, I will definitely be back. More
