He is an honest man who gives us the best deal possible. There is no hard pressure and I know when I ask a question he knows the answer and does not ,like many salespeople ,pretend to know and then answer with what they think you want to hear. We trust him and enjoy our dealing with Jacob. I don't break out into a sweat anymore when I purchase a car :-) I have never found a better deal than with Jacob Basathia ,and Toyota of Naperville. Jocob Basathia has said on many occasions how Pat O'Brien the GM is a good man of integrity and I have found that also to be true. When you have integrity at the top it sets the tone of a Dealership. I wanted to also say I have worked with Kelsey in Service and She anticipates my needs and fixes any issues before they happen. I think is is excellent and stands out at her job. Suckerd in the finance department! I thought I had a great deal on our Caddilac SRX we purchased from Naperville Toyota. Until we had to have Service. We brought our car in for service I thought I had a great deal on our Caddilac SRX we purchased from Naperville Toyota. Until we had to have Service. We brought our car in for service and after a week they had to have me come back in to show the mechanic the problem(wheel bearing) and then after 2.5 weeks they called and said it was not under warranty and how did I want to pay for it as the work was still not done!!! (which I had been told I purchased a 60000 mile extended warranty for $2900.00) and it was actually a 24000 mile warranty and I was 1000 miles over that! So buyers beware of the sucker punch in the nose you get later and have everything verified in writing and show you twice because I would have never spent almost 3 grand on a 24000 mile warranty. I would not recommend this group to anyone! From not seeing if the work was covered from the start ( and saving me making payments on a car they had for 3 weeks) to the finance guy lying telling me and telling I had the best warranty Toyota offered! More
