I've had ALL of my maintenance performed at the dealership and I couldn't be happier with the service they provide, specifically, Jordan Coco. Jordan has been my service manager for every visit. He is extremely professional, helpful and timely. If something needs to be addressed, he takes the time to sit with me and explain in detail all service recommendations. When the time comes, I will purchase another vehicle from this dealership so I can continue working with Jordan. More

Her doctor had already suggested that she not purchase or lease another car due to medical reasons. I was expecting a horrible, trying to up-sell experience. Instead, I found the opposite in Jacob. He was helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. I explained that I was the Power of Attorney for mom, and I was terminating her lease. He correctly explained how to sign the papers for Power of Attorney. He also went above and beyond. Initially, mom only had one set of keys; she could not find the second set. A day after turning in the car, she found them. That evening, I called Jacob and told him. He held the paperwork and updated it showing I turned in 2 sets of keys, saving me $$$. I appreciate his honesty, care, and empathy. More
