No Pressure Tactics We went to Toyota of Naperville on a whim to take a look on a Saturday evening, around 5pm they close at 6. We were planning to just LOOK to see if th We went to Toyota of Naperville on a whim to take a look on a Saturday evening, around 5pm they close at 6. We were planning to just LOOK to see if the Highlander was something we were really interested in. Our salesman Jamie was unbelievably patient with us. Jamie didn't flinch when we asked to see a another Highlander or when he seen us turn to go look at the Sienna, he simply asked if we were interested in the Sienna also. Then we asked for a print out for the specs between the 2 Highlanders, not once did we feel rushed after closing hours. We ended up purchasing the first vehicle we looked at that night. Everyone we met with was patient with us even though we were there I think until 8pm, 2 hours after closing. Jamie stayed late until we were finished with financing. Jamie from sales, Diajhea from service and the financing manager (can't remember his name) were all pleasant to work with, we never felt pressured or rushed in making our decision.
