Made me feel like he had all the time in the world - even though I told him it was my first stop of many. He was very knowledgeable of the Jeep, even though it’s a Toyota dealer. I felt no pressure at all. I went back the next day (no appt) to drive the car again, before making my choice. Again, Dave was extremely personable and professional. And no pressure! Sales mgr, Abe Z, and business mgr Sherry P were also extremely helpful. Diajhea in Service was very thorough, too. I feel great about my experience and my purchase. I really enjoyed meeting the folks at Toyota of Naperville! More

Wonderful experience and service from everyone. I had a 2010 Corolla that I was planning on trading in later this year. The check engine light and the VSC light came on last Thursday. I called the service department and they offered me a loaner car to get to work as they knew I couldn't miss work. I had a 2010 paid-off Corolla that I did not buy from them but they offered this loaner car to me. The lights went off so I didn't go. They came on again on Saturday and they squeezed me in to run diagnostics on a busy day. Amber Mannella from the service department was amazing from start to finish. Everyone in the service department gives exemplary service. I decided on Monday to come see Larry Dulik to look for a new car as I didn't want to put money in repairs for my car that had 181,000 miles on it. Best experience ever. I ended up with a 2019 Corolla at a great deal and it was a great experience from start to finish again. Everyone in this dealership takes care of you. I cannot recommend them enough. If you are looking for a new (or used) car please consider Toyota of Naperville. Especially Larry. You will have the best customer service experience that you would not have at other dealerships. When I bought my 2010 Corolla from California I did not have the same experience. Toyota of Naperville is the way to go. More
