We had a great experience and would highly recommend if you go I went to Toyota of Naperville and worked with salesman Jalen on purchasing a mini van. We had a great experience and would highly recommend if you go there to purchase a car you should ask for Jalen. He was polite and patient and was never pushy for us to buy a car. I know we were challenging to sell a car too but he never got frustrated and spent most of his day with us ensuring we left satisfied. I only had 1 issue with 1 manager but I like Jalen enough to make sure her got our purchase. More
