We got a great car for a decent price. The ONLY problem was the amount of time we waited to finally talk to the finance depart once we decided on the car we were going to purchase. There is always a question of price, option compromise, financing etc., so when we decided to change car manufactures awhile back, we gave Toyota of Naperville a try. That is where we met Harvey. Harvey has been one of the most patient, helpful, and low pressure salesperson I have ever dealt with. He listens to what we are looking for in a vehicle then makes suggestions that may fit our needs and budgets. With our last visit, Harvey introduced us to Suha Oner, a sales manager, and Gary Jaros in the finance department, and together, we were able to find and purchase a new vehicle. All three were good people to work with who kept our interests at heart. Harvey has become our Go-To sales person and is the one I recommend to friends when they are interested is purchasing a vehicle. For us, Toyota of Naperville has become our dealership of choice for both sales and service. More

She repeatedly stated that she wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase. She was very informative about the functions in the vehicle. Despite the distance from my home, I am really happy I made the drive to Toyota of Naperville. The only issue I had was with the finance department specifically Toyota Motor Credit wanting to give me a rather high finance rate despite my score and the fact that I have financed through them with my three previous Toyota vehicles. They came back with a quote for $60 less/mo then i was expecting. I dealt with Mike and Jeanine, both very nice. Mike was with 2 other customers when I returned to sign so Jeanine helped me out, who was also with a couple other customers, but still was able to make time for me to get me in/out asap. I was on a time crunch and they were very accommodating. Unlike the norm, i really feel they help you get into what car you want in your price range and give you the best deal available. Highly recommend this dealership. I also worked with a Mike that is not available to select from employees, but he was the first person I dealt with the first time i went in. More
