It was a Camry Station Wagon served us well for the Camry was serviced at Toyota of Naperville for 13 years. Robin was there to sign us in for service (by the way she is still there). The Camry way totaled by a girl who was texting while driving. My wife and I did not get injured in the accident but the girl who hit us did receive some injuries. The insurance company gave us over $7,000.00 which was used to purchase a new Camry XLE at Toyota of Naperville. Recently we went back home to Toyota of Naperville and leased a new Rav 4. Dave Zidlicky was very helpful in helping us both in finding the right vehicle. He had patience with us and was also very helpful in making the lease as simple and quick as he could. The nicest finishing touch was when we received a picture of our family, in front of the new van before we drove it off the lot, to our home address with a thank you letter. Excellent experience with all staff. Mo in the finance department was personable, friendly, detail and time-oriented. There were playrooms for our kids so we could all enjoy the experience.
