The Best Sales Experience I've ever had I was favorably introduced to a Mary Lythberg, from a very close friend of mine who recently purchased a vehicle from Mary. He had raving reviews abou I was favorably introduced to a Mary Lythberg, from a very close friend of mine who recently purchased a vehicle from Mary. He had raving reviews about the dealership, the cars and more than anything about the sales process he was taken through and how positive of an experience that really was. Based on these good reviews, I reached out to Mary. I could tell from the first minute of being on the phone with Mary, her goal was to help me find a vehicle I would be happy with, NOT to up-sell me a vehicle or pull a fast one on me or anything like that. When we were able to coordinate a time to meet, Mary was prepared for my arrival with a big smile, and a ton of great ideas in terms of vehicles, that she believed would fit what it is I was looking for. I test drove a plethora of cars, some the very same make and model, some that were out of my price range, some that were under my price range, I would say overall, I was NOT the easiest of customers. Mary, never got frustrated with me, when most sales people would have thrown in the towel. Finally, I found "the one" Mary could tell how set I was on the 2015 Camry SE, and from that point moving forward, Mary did everything in her power to ensure I would be able to drive off the lot that day with the car of my dreams. She went back to the financing department countless times to help negotiate what I would be able to afford on a monthly basis, along with what I was able to put down on the car itself. Long story short, Mary Lythberg, is THE reason that I am now a proud Toyota owner. I will not buy a car from ANYONE else from ANYWHERE else after how truly great that experience was. More

"Sure," he said and we went to the dealer we had gotten his last two trucks from. And we asked for Lucy since she had helped him out last time. She honored the coupon I brought in, she found 7 cars in the color I wanted and she even synced my phone to the car and put the plates and the tags on. That evening I drove home with the car I have always wanted. Two days later I dropped off my car and took the loaner to work while they got the floor mats and the protective paint and upholstery protection added. I picked up my car after work in about 2 minutes. Impressive! I got my car 9 days ago and I still have half a tank of the FREE GAS they gave me when we bought the car! More
