I worked out most of the deal over the phone because of child care issues and distance from the dealership and they honored EVERYTHING that we discussed over the phone. I thought for sure they would come up with some excuse as to why I owed more than we discussed over the phone, but they stood by their word. (something that is rare in the car buying industry). I would recommend them highly to anybody trying to buy a new or used car, even if they live far away. Sales people, car selection, prices and facility were all amazing. More

The sales team is friendly, courteous and attentive. As with most dealerships, the haggle was interesting. I'm getting used to it so it wasn't too bad. My spouse didn't enjoy it as much, but it didn't take too long. We met with someone from the aftermarket team. It was pretty cool to deal with someone that understood why I didn't want certain things and didn't pressure to buy instantly. The finance team was extremely helpful and provided options worth hearing about. Though, with every dealership, the vagueness or lacking of details when you leave the dealership is fairly annoying. We had some very minor issues with the vehicle. All were fixed the day after the purchase. Just amazing the service level at this dealership. Sadly (Proudly?), I have purchased vehicles every couple of years. This dealership continued to stand out as a standard for other dealerships to reach. Unfortunately, most fail at reaching any standard. But not this one. More

(My son is autistic, and he has to feel comfortable in the back seat.) Dwight explained everything about the car we needed to know, and was just very kind with my children. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat. The only negative came with some of the closing people. I felt the man who did the closing with the services packages was patronizing and dismissive of me when I declined those options. Most of the others I dealt with there were very nice. And the service department is most helpful too. More
