We came out of the rain and found a treasure! My husband and I were not planning on buying a car on a rainy Monday night before Christmas, but after the check engine light came on in our 12 year My husband and I were not planning on buying a car on a rainy Monday night before Christmas, but after the check engine light came on in our 12 year old Camry, we decided to go to that "huge Toyota dealership on Ogden" just to "look". Standing outside with a smile that would melt an iceberg was Kareem Thomas who greeted us warmly and wasn't put off by our " just looking" rainy scowls. He was warm, personable, knowledgeable and helpful. We did not feel rushed or pressured, and ended up finding two treasures. The car at the price we could afford, and the absolute best experience buying a Toyota with Kareem who made us feel like family. This extended to the final paperwork with Gary Jaros the next day. As we drove, Mike explained the various features while we test drove. Mike gave us a fantastic deal on the car and we pulled the trigger the following day (no pressure from Mike as we needed time to work with our bank). On purchase day, Mike continued to provide excellent service going through all the paperwork and he gave us a detailed overview of the electronic dash features available in the new car.
