Best experience ever I have never been to a dealership in which my husband and I were treated with such respect. Aundre listened to us and did not mock us when we told him I have never been to a dealership in which my husband and I were treated with such respect. We were there for more than four hours, but we left with a brand new 2015 Toyota Corolla. A fantastic service advisor, Osvaldo Perez. I put a lot of miles on my Toyotas. I started out with an 06 Camry and put 287,000 miles on it before retiring it. I then pur I put a lot of miles on my Toyotas. I started out with an 06 Camry and put 287,000 miles on it before retiring it. I then purchased a 10 Prius which now has 262,000 miles on it. I am at the dealership every 5 weeks. I drive 1,000 miles per week. I try to use the same service advisor when I visit. Osvaldo Perez is my go to guy and has been for over a year. He does a great job for me and makes my life very easy. I am usually done in one to one and a half hours and on my way to what ever.
