Have a couple of complaints about how they lack communication here. I called that I was interested in a certain car that was listed on their website. I was told it was available and to let them kno communication here. I called that I was interested in a certain car that was listed on their website. I was told it was available and to let them know when I was going to be there so they can have it pulled up. I told them that I would be there the next day in the morning. When I arrived they said that the car had been sold 2 days ago. I live in Wylie so it is a 40 minute drive to Rockwall. They did not reach out to let me know that the car was no longer available. Thankfully I did find another car that I liked. 2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle I received a call that I needed to bring the car back in because it had to be inspected because the car was from out of state. I scheduled and appointment, when I arrived he said that they cannot do the inspection there that day. No one notified me before I drove 40 out there. The lack of communication is ridiculous. A waste of my time. Now I have to wait until they can schedule another appointment and I have to once again make a trip to Rockwall to get inspected. I feel this should have been delt with before they sold the car. More

I had my highlander serviced here twice now, once for 5k then at the 10k. They are very prompt and professional. They text you when your car goes in, and also as soon as it’s done. Took my truck in for oil change and tire rotation. When they got to passenger rear tire, they said it has rusted locking lug and was cracked. The locking lugs were placed brand new by lone star Toyota When they got to passenger rear tire, they said it has rusted locking lug and was cracked. The locking lugs were placed brand new by lone star Toyota in December 2023. They have only been rotated by Toyota. Rockwall Toyota has rotated them the last 2 times. No one else has rotated or removed the wheels. Their solution is to charge me almost $200 to cut off the lock log and replace it. The lugs are supposed to last 5-10 years. It’s not even 3 years.
