Quick to meet me when I arrived. Indoor lobby was nice and clean. Although I didn’t partake, I liked the available snacks and drinks in the vending machine. Sales rep very professional, friendly, helpful, displayed integrity. Experience with finance rep was a very bad . Finance rep ignored both sales rep's written info on my purchase order and without my knowl integrity. Experience with finance rep was a very bad . Finance rep ignored both sales rep's written info on my purchase order and without my knowledge added several thousand dollars to the basic "purchase price" of the vehicle , with the "exras' I requested to be added, all added to the basic vehicle purchase price. When confronted with the incorrect purchase price, the finance rep made a false statement to me and quickly "disappeared". Finance ignored by telephone calls the following day, resulting in my driving from my home 85 miles away back to the dealership the next day, where after bringing the deception done by the finance rep to the attention of the sales rep and then to the attention of the finance mgr, the original finance rep redone the entire contract with the correct figures. I left the dealership very disgusted and extremely disappointed to the finance rep's lack of integrity and the other finance rep's attempt to explain all as "a misunderstanding". More
