I can not trust toyota rocker's service anymore. It was my 2nd time visited for my 110000 maintenance service. 1. How he didn't know ? 🤔 and since I lost my trust at toyota of Rockwall. I reviewed all inspected items and found out that coolant fluid, wash fluid are almost empty. But on the inspection document, it appeared as it refilled as needed. I was very frustrated and mad for this dishonest services. I went to most of other toyota dealership for my service and toyota of rock wall was worst place. Place was nice and quite, but again service quality is very poor and No trust anymore. More

Always a great experience. Cesar is the best and a huge part of the reason I keep returning to Rockwall (even though it requires me to drive an hour and a half to get there). I didn't even know I had chips in my windshield, but they discovered them and repaired them to keep the chips from possibly requiring me to eventually replace my windshield. WOW! How extraordinary! Due the the needed brake service, it was over 2-1/2 hour wait, but the house staff checked on us, offered snacks and made sure we were comfortable. Again, WOW! How great is that! Thank you Cesar and Toyota of Rockwall! I'm glad I purchased my vehicle from you! More

My service advisor is great. I cannot even give a rate of 1 to Russell Morgan who I was trying get information on purchasing a NEW car. So, I went home and called around to other dealerships and found EXACTLY what I wanted at Irving Toyota and they were light years nicer and accommodating than Mr. Morgan (and I hope you tell him so!). You have not lost was business though. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced there, unless I have an unpleasant experience. By the way, my service advisor is Kaycee and she is really nice and pleasant. Treat her well so she continues her employment at your dealership for a long, LONG time! More
