Mick always superb! Everyone I dealt with from greeter to seater were welcoming and friendly. Work was done promptly. Shuttle service helped make good use of time. Found a vehicle that was available. Ronnie, the salesman was really good and answered questions and if couldn’t he found others that could. Carmelo, the finance manager, was very helpful with making decisions on the purchase. Corey, the sales manager, was good and helped me learn some things about my trade in. I appreciate not only the process during the sale but also answering questions after the sale. I’ve been burned by a couple of other dealerships in the Dallas area. Once they got the sale it’s hard to get help or get questions answered. Even the General Manager Terry Pierson helped with a couple of things which was awesome. More

Car was in Houston for over a month before it finally arrived at the dealer. Lots of excuses but no good explanation. Now waiting for the leather that they knew they were going to put in, but did not p arrived at the dealer. Lots of excuses but no good explanation. Now waiting for the leather that they knew they were going to put in, but did not preorder prior to the car arriving. Now have to wait for this, too. This is extremely disappointing. Only get updates from dealer when asked. Not very good customer service. In addition, they did not honor the Costco quote for their specific dealership. More
