The customer service by phone or in person is excellent from the time you make the phone call to schedule the appointment to picking up . I took my car for a recall issue and they provided me with a list from the time you make the phone call to schedule the appointment to picking up . I took my car for a recall issue and they provided me with a list of immediate issues that needs and some to take care of for later. I didn’t leave my car for those immediately attention items. They were not pushy or unset. Picking up was easy. More
