Do NOT buy from this dealer. Their “dealer package add-ons” are not only a scam to begin with, but, once you look at what’s included, it gets worse. They try to include complemen Their “dealer package add-ons” are not only a scam to begin with, but, once you look at what’s included, it gets worse. They try to include complementary services and services that Toyota as a manufacturer already provides for free on new cars to make it seem like you are getting much more when in reality you only get a few things. Their dealer add-ons even include NITROGEN FILLED TIRES. If you see this charge on any dealer, run as fast as you can as this is just a straight up scam. They will also try to manipulate numbers and pull classic slimy salesman tactics to make it seem like you’re getting a better deal. Was told they couldn’t do any better on my trade in despite me getting several offers for the price I was asking beforehand. When I pushed, the salesman came back and had gone as far as to include the state tax credit for trade ins into his offer for the car. They even tried selling the car out from under me and before I left the salesman brought up the fact that some other guy was about to buy it if I didn’t to try to create a sense of urgency. Also heard the salesman hounding some poor guy right before he came over to me about how they’re saving him so much money and they’re giving him a good deal saying everything he could think of to get the guy to leave with a $700 monthly payment on a used xxx. Luckily the guy was smart enough to walk out. The interaction with the salesman was not genuine at all and it was very obvious that he was putting on an act to try to scam me. What is wrong with dealerships like this that they’re not satisfied with just selling you a car and making profit, but will actively go out of their way to make sure they pull as much money from your pocket as possible. Very predatory, disgusting place. More
