The salesman kept telling me that the car i was purchasing was a RAV4 XLE premium. Everything was done remotely so When the car was delivered to me it didn’t take me long to realize that the car is purchasing was a RAV4 XLE premium. I was very disappointed because i thought i was getting a premium for a really good price. I tried calling them for like 2 weeks and kept getting blown off. When i finally did get to talk to someone he said it was due going to be a matter of retraining the salesman. He said i could trade it back in for something closer to my budget but they didn’t have anything that i wanted to trade for. I asked if they could upgrade something on the car and he said to call back the next day. I did that and got ghosted again. More
