The purchase with Vu was good. But it went downhill from there. Kevin charged us for sakes tax which he shouldnt have. I had my 2023 Rav4 in the shop multiple times for problems with the display screen. The last time there it seems the problem was fixed. How ever whoever worked on the radio damaged the driver's seat problems with the display screen. The last time there it seems the problem was fixed. How ever whoever worked on the radio damaged the driver's seat and left scratch marks on the steering wheel. Because of the difficultys in dealing with the service department, I sold the Rav4. I do thank Dan Gardner for helping me in dealing with the service. I believe Dan is trying to correct some of the issues. More
