Great service staff and service manager. In less than one week we are having repair services completed and being performed on our 2010 Camry and 2013 4Runner. Tiffany Peoples is our service In less than one week we are having repair services completed and being performed on our 2010 Camry and 2013 4Runner. Tiffany Peoples is our service representative and is very courteous and knowledgeable at her job. The Camry required rear brakes and synthetic oil and Tiffany provided us with a coupon to reduce the cost. She also noted that a service on the vehicle was inadvertently repeated from its most recent visit and told us we would be monetarily credited for that error. The Camry is running fine now. The 4Runner unexpectedly was brought in for service when the check engine light appeared on the dash board and the master cylinder needs to be replaced including other problems. Joe Gale, service manager is currently in contact with Toyota headquarters to find out what caused this malfunction on a vehicle with 83,000 miles on it. Joe and Tiffany have been very helpful to us while the 4Runner is in the service bay. A loaner car was provided to us while our vehicle is being repaired. We thank Tiffany and Joe for their help and professionalism during this past week as well as Stephanie Jones. More

Work not Finished We discovered that the work done on our vehicle was incomplete, so I had to call Toyota and bring my vehicle back the next day to have it finished.
