Wonderful Service Dept. I have dealing with Toyota of Scranton for years. There service dept. is the best. They not only do what they say they are going to do, but sometime I have dealing with Toyota of Scranton for years. There service dept. is the best. They not only do what they say they are going to do, but sometimes they do more. I never have to worry about my car performing once they service it. Thanks for all you do. More

Great car great price I asked AJ to meet my price point for the RAV 4 He did just that He was pleasant Listening was his strength. Fast complete presentation. Only problem was the amount of people waiting for the finance Department. I was paying straight and hoped it would be fast. We had to meet the head Sales Mgr which creeped me out He tried to get us to make a quick decision. I felt intimidated and silly for not just writing a check. I still came back to buy but this tactic bothered me. AJ was experienced and seemed to have us on point. The added stress of the big boss man was the only negative.
