I have never experienced a process like this in my life complete Service from the time i pulled up to the garage door.They ushered me in to sitting me down in the waiting room letting me know car was being complete Service from the time i pulled up to the garage door.They ushered me in to sitting me down in the waiting room letting me know car was being serviced and when car was complete they ushered me back out to my car when done i was treated like a king Scranton Toyota is the best. Had a tire blowout across the street from dealership. They charged me $296.45 for a Goodyear Assurance tire plus $39.01 for installation and $4.50 for 2 tire weights.(Total of $343.46). They didn't h They charged me $296.45 for a Goodyear Assurance tire plus $39.01 for installation and $4.50 for 2 tire weights.(Total of $343.46). They didn't have tire in stock so they got tire WHOLESALE from Jack Williams Tire and Auto. Called Jack Williams later and found out that they charge $238.00 RETAIL including installation. Since I was stranded I paid the bill but I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place! On my drive home I had to stop every 20-30 minutes because the valve stem was never replaced and was leaking air! THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF STRANDED DRIVERS!!!! BUNCH OF CROOKS!! More

Always great service from toyota of scranton. I only wish the prices for small repairs werent ridiculously high. Almost $300 for spark plug replacement they offered. Not impressed. I do not like the service advisor that has been assigned to me. He keeps suggesting all the "recommended" very expensive maintenance service AND says if I don't get it done that if there has been assigned to me. He keeps suggesting all the "recommended" very expensive maintenance service AND says if I don't get it done that if there is a problem, the problem may be denied under my Toyota extended warranty. Examples 1.) clean the AC vents for $100; fuel injection system cleaning for a total well over $300. If I got all of this nonsense "recommended" service, it would have been over $600 and I would be financially broke. I get the important work done... the tire rotations, the OIL changes, the air filter changes, etc... Your prices are also extremely expensive... I never heard of a fuel injection system cleaning costing well over $300. I am sure I will go bacvk to Hondas as soon as I am ready to purchase a new vehicle. More

I bought a brand new Toyota from this dealership last August. I had two services out of four done and recently called about the getting the third service. My vehicle does not need anything done just a q August. I had two services out of four done and recently called about the getting the third service. My vehicle does not need anything done just a quick check. I enquired about scheduling an appointment for the next day. When I called and asked about an appointment before I can even say what I needed the woman on the phone was very rude and said that all her appointments were booked till the following week. I understand that no appointments were available and I have to wait but there is no need to be rude and nasty. And at least listen to my service issue. Needles to say I will not be bringing it back to that dealership. I also have warranty work on another Toyota vehicle. That also will go someplace else. More
