When I arrived I was told my 1 tire wouldn’t last 200 miles and was offered a “deal” on tires. When I said my local mechanic said they were ok until winter she said absolutely not. I told her I would not be ordering tires as I couldn’t afford it. When I left amazingly my tires were all ok now and that one WAS good until winter. Even the printout confirmed it. I have bought multiple brand new cars from this establishment. It was the first time I ever felt lied to, scared into a purchase and like I was being tricked into buying something I didn’t need. It really will make me think about shopping elsewhere and not returning after my Toyota Care has expired. I don’t recall the woman’s name but she was in a small desk area to the left of the large counter. More
Kacie was so wonderful! Walked me through all the repairs. She checked in with me while I waited. I can’t say enough great things about her customer service. My experience has not ended. My top of the line model is still at the dealership. This is the second time a problem has stumped the highly trained staff the first time it took months to diagnose a fix I hop still at the dealership.
