Everything was great service friendliness cleanliness and everything the wait time was perfect the only problem I had is the cost of everything that had to be done was a little high I mean to change the oil everything the wait time was perfect the only problem I had is the cost of everything that had to be done was a little high I mean to change the oil in the transmission is not that much I used to do it back in the day when cars were more simple but it’s only a quart of oil that you drained maybe two from the pan and then they just put new oil in to replenish what came out it’s not all the oil that would be a flush and that’s even more money than I could not afford but other than that everything was great More

Kacie smoothed out a situation that started with a recall for a fuel pump problem. A few days later when I started the car, I had a message to get to the dealer for a problem. They had me come right back for a fuel pump problem. A few days later when I started the car, I had a message to get to the dealer for a problem. They had me come right back in & leave the car . Supposedly, a defective part was put in from the kit sent to handle the recall. I picked up the car & filled with gas since I wasto have less gas in the car for the repair. 15 gallons bought. I noticed the gas needle didn’t move. Gas range info didn’t reset itself. I called. They ordered another part. I brought it back again to be worked on it. Kacie was very helpful through all of this with some help from Stephanie. I had bothered friends the first 2 times. Afterwards I did utilize the Courtesy Shuttle. Peter was great taking me home & picking me up for my car. The last time an Uber & Ray were used. It was unfortunate that a 1 time visit became 4 in all. What an inconvenience! Kacie did whatever she could to make a bad situation-tolerable. More
