I dont remember who all i interacted with to give them credit. But they were all nice, professional and i was in and out quicker then expected. It was a simple check up and tire rotation. No upsell. Never know what to expect when I go here. Received and email that my oil change was due on my Rav 4. I was told no appointment was necessary and to bring my coupon book since it was complimentary.
