The service was excellent. However, I was there to get a state inspection and I asked that associate that I had a paper that said my inspection was supposed to be free. We purchased a Highlander several weeks ago. We still haven’t met with the product specialist to go over the features. They stripped the thread and scratched car putting the plate on.
