I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was advised that the service would take one hour. I sat for 3 1/2 hours with no update on the status of my vehicle. As an 80 year old rotation. I was advised that the service would take one hour. I sat for 3 1/2 hours with no update on the status of my vehicle. As an 80 year old man and loyal Toyota customer, I feel this is totally unacceptable. I have purchased 4 new vehicles from this dealership and this is how I am disrespected? We purchased a Highlander several weeks ago. We still haven’t met with the product specialist to go over the features. They stripped the thread and scratched car putting the plate on.
