Toyota of Scranton - Service Center

I was originally told my Rav 4 was covered under paint recall and it wasn't that's a huge mistake. I'm not mad things didn't go my way. I was also told when I take it in collision center they will know w recall and it wasn't that's a huge mistake. I'm not mad things didn't go my way. I had to explain what was going on. You have lack of communication. Everyone is great when pushing for the sale and when you get it, you loose it alittle. I bought a few new vehicles from you and I don't know if I will again. I will say Joe Gatto was a professional the 2 times I delt with him. My mother came for a ride with me to pick up my truck and saw him in passing, they grew up together. My point is he wasn't to big to look me in the eye and make sure I was satisfied. Not just going through the motion. Looked at many white vehicles since and yes things show up on white, but my rav is worse than 95 percent I looked at.
